  Our usual 91¶¶Òù opening hours are:

  Friday 10am - 4pm (last entry 3pm)

  Saturday 10am - 4pm (last entry 3pm)

  Note: The 91¶¶Òù will be closed this Friday 23rd October and opening at 1pm on Sunday 26th October. We apologise for any inconvenience.Ìý

• Opening Times - CAFÉ

  Monday 9:00am - 12:30pm (SEND playgroup 1pm - 2:30pm)

  Tuesday to Friday 9:00am - 2:30pmÌý

  Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 3:30pmÌý

  NB: The café is usually open every day, even when the 91¶¶Òù is closed.

• Group Visits

  If you would like to visit the 91¶¶Òù outside of our standard opening times, or are interested in visiting with a group of 10 or more people, please do enquire about our Group Visits:

Admission prices

• Ticket details

  Admission is £6.50 for visitors aged 5 and over. There is free entry for carers.

  As a charity, all money raised go towards preserving our historic buildings and 91¶¶Òù collection.

  You can purchase your ticket on arrival at our Entrance Desk, or book in advance using this link:

  Reminder - We open for visits Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We close at 4pm but last entry is at 3pm to allow you time to look around.Ìý

• Children's Tickets

  Please note that a Craft activity for children is always included in the price of their admissions ticket.

  

• Experience a Victorian Lesson

  We can put on a Victorian Lesson just for you!

  Come and see what it took to be a Victorian school child. Minimum numbers 10 - contact enquiries@britishschoolsmuseum.org.uk for further details.Ìý

  

• Visits outside of regular opening hours:

  Are you interested in visiting the 91¶¶Òù but cannot get here during our regular opening hours, or are interested in seeing more of our collection behind the scenes for a particular research interest?

• Importance notices for your visit:

  Please be patient with our Victorian site!

  It is VERY cold and difficult to heat in winter. We do our best, but it is always a good idea to come with an extra jumper (or two) on!

  Please also note that there are 2 areas (the Gallery Classroom and Victorian Headmaster's House) are step-only access due to their age and original historic design.
